Base64URL encoded encrypted V7 UUID tokens. Each token packs an 8-byte random IV plus a UUIDv7 XOR-masked with an HMAC-SHA256 keystream derived from the IV and a private key, so the token is opaque and non-sequential in URLs but still reversible to recover the original UUIDv7 (and its embedded timestamp) server-side.
